"The River that Flows in Two Directions" is Baxter's most recent Public mural in Downtown Albany. Funded by the Albany Parking Authority and their partnership with Albany Center Gallery and The Barn, Baxter painted this 85 foot long mural on a retaining wall of Interstate 787 southbound (Water St. & Columbia) Read more about the project HERE
