Outside of her own personal studio practice, Baxter is an adjunct professor at The College of Saint Rose where she teaches screen printing, intaglio, and relief Printing. She has also given various workshops across the country promoting experimental processes and printmaking techniques to both students and the public. Most recently she has completed a mural in downtown Albany that she hopes is one of many more public projects to come.
